Introduction !

My name is Tuong , i grew up in Hoi an and i have many years of experience as a restaurant chef as well as from a young age i learned how to cook from my grandmother, my mother, my sisters in the family meals or at ancestors anniversary . So , you join to my family’s cooking class you will learn the authentic local delicacies and they will definitely be much better quality and delicious than the restaurant . My family’s cooking class is located in the central of Hoi an ancient town, it’s nearby Phuc Kien Assembly hall and only five minutes walk to Hoi an market.

Joining my class, you will experience a colorful local  market tour, get to know the local products here as well as know the ingredients in traditional vietnamese cuisines and learn how to cook them more easily when you come back home. Address: 50/1 Trần Phú street, Minh An distrist (near by Phuc Kien Assembly hall in centrall of Hoi an ancient town). The reservations which are made online or hand phone must be done by 9.30pm, before the day of the class.

Price : $30 for 2 people with 1 fire ( 1 set of equiqment with food for 2 people , 2 local beer , a package for leftovers and hand - on cooking class with three famous dishes in Vietnam : 1. Traditional noodle soup with beef or chicken ( phở) ,2. Crispy shrimp & pork pancakes ( bánh xèo) 3 . Deep fried spring rolls or fresh spring rolls . Or you can choose any three dishes you like in our menu . Aside from this , the menu can be changed to vegetarian.
